Our diversity education efforts have moved from minimizing differences to amplifying, respecting, and valuing them to help drive business results. We know that ongoing diversity training helps drive employee engagement, create a work environment that visibly values and leverages diversity and accelerates productivity.

Our required diversity training for associates provides an overview of diversity management strategies in the workplace and ways to effectively implement them with an inclusive approach. We also offer supplier diversity training to help ensure that associates understand how to leverage the procurement power of the company by creating a pool of suppliers that include minority- and women-owned businesses.
